The President-Elect shall:

Conduct the Secretariat meetings in the absence of the President,

Update, maintain and distribute the tote-bag and contents to future Directors and Directoras,

Be responsible for designating a person to be The Keeper of the Disk, and

Nominate two new community members by December to serve on the Nominations Committee for the next three years beginning in January.
